Design standard: Conforms to flange‑gasket standards (e.g. for exhaust / pipe flanges; compatible with 4‑bolt / multi‑bolt flanges).

Inside‑diameter (ID): matched to exhaust pipe bore to ensure snug fit and no exhaust leak.

Outside‑diameter (OD): covers full flange face area so sealing surface is fully covered.

Thickness (uncompressed / compressed): typical spiral‑wound gaskets ~4.5 mm uncompressed, compressing to ~3.2 mm‑3.5 mm when bolted.

Temperature rating: suitable for high‑temp exhaust — many spiral‑wound gasket types handle up to 500 °C–800 °C depending on metal/filler used.
